Wonderful
Very comfortable bed in a large and quiet room. Hotel has excellent location.
Although a continental breakfast was provided, it's a shame that dinner wasn't offered. However, plenty of other lunch and evening meal options close at hand

Excellent staff. Great location to all the usual tourist attractions. Walkable to any major site. Super comfortable bed.
This is a nit but there was some street noise, but it also was the weekend of one of the largest and important Rugby matches for Ireland in Dublin the week eyes stayed. Di

Wonderful
The hotel was very nice - much more space than when we stayed in London. We had drinks the first night at the bar and chatted with the bartender. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. We had a staff member call us a cab the day we left and he was quite helpful as well! The location was a little odd being on the other side of student housing for the medical school nearby, but once we got the hang of the area, it was convenient.
The bed was a bit too soft for me. there is some noise from the street late into the night, as there probably is in most areas of Dublin.

Staff at front desk was great - very helpful. Rooms were extremely small. Beds are good, but the pillows are horrible. Nobody can be comfortable with a pillow that is so large and hard. Woke up multiple times each night because couldn't get comfortable with bed pillows. Awoke each morning with bad headaches due to sleeping with hotel pillows. If you book this hotel, bring your own pillow!
Small rooms and most uncomfortable bed pillows I've ever seen.

The location was excellent, we also really liked the room. Its proximity to parking was a must have.
It would’ve been nice if they had a kitchen, but I understand the limitations involving that.

Disappointing
Initial room had a broken window so was noisy and cold, it was also missing items such as safe and had a broken coffee machine.. We were moved on request to a room down the corridor, it was noticeably quieter thanks to the working window. The bed was amazingly comfortable.
The breakfast was the most dismal I have ever seen and definitely not worth the price. Website offers a hot breakfast this is not the case, all that is available is a poor selection of cold items including stale bread.
