Place was very clean and location was great. Hotel was right next to parking garage which was convenient.
The rooms were small and pillows were incredibly firm / hard.

We traveled around Europe (Prague, Berlin, Vienna, Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Galway) and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Others were similarly priced - or higher. Clean, lots of room, great location, decent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great location, small but very comfortable rooms, handy walk to all the locations we required. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed with my parents who loved it! Bar available for nightcap (note it’s a bit pricey!)
Issues with the hot water in the showers - too hot and very difficult to temperature regulate!

Upgraded room was great. Clean comfortable room. Good air conditioning. Friendly staff. Fantastic shower. Excellent cleaning staff.
Immediate location around the hotel can be a bit sketchy.

Lovely decorated and clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Also great access to the city centre.

Doesn’t state when booking that the breakfast is continental, not worth extra €30, they really need to state this on the booking site, obviously wouldn’t have paid the extra to have breakfast included if I had of known it wasn’t a cooked breakfast
