Wonderful
This hotel was an unexpected surprise. yes the furniture is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious (especially the bathroom), and comfortable. The location is fantastic, the staff are wonderful and there is free parking available at the property. Was a great stay and would recommend.
As I said, the furniture is a bit dated and the hallway carpet needs replacing/cleaning. The check in was also a bit awkward because there is no standing zone for the car while unloading bags because the hotel is directly by the main road, so we had to temporarily stop on the bus stop across the street. But overall a great experience.

Staff were lovely
Bed was uncomfortable. Shower was weak and had fixed head, small cubicle and curtain. Tiny valve controls which were seized making it hard to control. No breakfast facilities. Altogether very disappointing.

Super friendly staff! Comfortable beds, warm, great location with bus stop right in front of the hotel, supermarket right beside
The shower didn't work, had to use a plastic glass from the bathroom to actually wash myself with. There were also a lot of hairs on the shower wall..so cleaning should have been better. The room was clean I'd say. Tbh I didn't spend time in the room, had meetings, just needed a good bed and a good shower.. had one out of two.

Central to Rathmines, lots of buses to the city center. Reception staff kept our bags as we travelled to Cork for one day.
Room was a bit small, not a lot of amenities.

Staff and cleanliness
The room has an electrical box that buzzed all night, the lighting in room was very inadequate and the TV reception was terrible and it also buzzed.
