The staff were very welcoming and eager to please. The room was spacious clean and comfortable.
It was a little further out from the centre than I expected but the buses in to town took care of that for the most part.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good with shops and food outlets nearby for essentials.
The hotel states that it has facilities for disabled guests which it does but as a wheelchair user realiant on those facilities, especially space, the room is on the small size, not much space each side of the bed for the wheelchair. Disabled people tend to favour their stronger side for transfering onto the bed. The lift is small, only for l had help it would be very difficult to manage bringing up luggage. The door leading to the hallway to the room is very stiff and will cause problems for disabled guests who are weaker. From a personal observation, it could prove very difficult for an electric wheelchair user to manage the lift, hallway door and bed, even with assistance.
