Good
Room and facilities quite nice
Property advertised parking yet there was only parking for a small number of guests - I had to park nearby having specifically chosen this hotel because I thought it had parking

Friendly concierge. We got greeted with a smile on arrival and sent off with one too from a different person. Really nice bed and facilities

The room was clean
Staff unsure of parking slots. Gave me a bay only to find someone who was already given it. It's a good walk to the car park ,having to do it twice was hard. Also, this practice of pushing 2 single beds together is not very conferable..

Location was good and staff were friendly

Here's a polished review:
I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, about a 25-minute walk from the city centre. There are also bars, restaurants, and shops close to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and very friendly, especially the two ladies from Poland and Portugal, who made me feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel could benefit from a few more facilities, and the bathrooms would be improved with some renovation. A fridge in the room would also be a useful addition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is in a good location. The city center is about a 30-minute walk away, and there are public buses right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. The area is quiet, and our room was very peaceful, allowing us to enjoy a good night’s sleep. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The room was equipped with a kettle, as well as complimentary instant coffee and tea. You can also buy coffee from the machine in the lobby for €2.
The hotel does not serve breakfast, but it has an arrangement with a nearby restaurant where guests receive a 10% discount upon showing their hotel card. This was a convenient alternative.
We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
The bathroom was functional, although the shower was a bit small and had a shower curtain, which may not be to everyone’s preference.

Room was good, quiet. slightly too warm, but not a major problem. Location of hotel very good, walking distance to all local amenities, and only half an hour to walk to central Dublin. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was slightly shabby, in need of some decoration. Extractor fan noisy

Good
Staff were very welcoming and lovely to deal with. Location amazing. Felt very safe and comfortable during our stay with locked front door with a pin code and then needing to use your card in the lift. The receptionist went above and beyond for tourists when we were there and walked out with them flagging a taxi down for them, I thought that was lovely to see.
The room is aged. The bathroom is very old with a tiny shower and a shower curtain. I couldn't shower in it. The soap dispenser on the wall was very old.
The room was clean apart from the coloured bed runner and the curtains which had stains on them.
The remote control off the tv was absolutely filthy and the tv was a ridiculously small size with very poor channel choice. The mattress corners were very rough and sharp to sit or move onto. Little pricey for the quality of the stay.
