Great location . Very good breakfast . Very attentive staff
They should have better coffee / tea making facilities . The pillows were very hard which proved uncomfortable to sleep on .

The westbury is a lovely hotel and ive stayed there a few times
The room we had was beside a very noisy area. Sounded like staff either in the room or using fire emergency stairs. One thing of note i stepped out of the main lounge to take a call when a very rude man put his head out of the conference room and in no uncertain terms told me to “shut up and keep the noise down”. I doubt this was staff but out a downer on my experience

Dirty face cloth under sink - no hot water - gym out of service - told after booked. Taxi wasn’t paid for on way back to airport.
