Hotel location is fsntastic
Alarm went off 4 times.€600 for 1 night and found out breakfast was not included as booked through booking.com. Night manager rude when discussing.

Hotel is lovely ,central, great bathroom amenities and the bedroom turndown was unexpected but classy. An expensive experience tbh. A one time treat.
Overall my stay was comfortable but I did find the pillows to be quite hard,which unfortunately led to a sore neck in the morning . A softer pillow option would have made a difference . Something to consider for future guests.

Great cocktail bar, lounge area and staff are attentive . Great location
Our room was very tired… smelled a bit of smoke, tiny bathroom and wallpaper patched up. It was more 3 star than 5 star. I would expect better from the Westbury at this price . We were advised that we were not in the new Westbury rooms but an old not yet refurbished room. It is in no way clear when booking that there s such a huge difference in room type . It’s irrelevant really as all rooms should be an acceptable standard 5 star standard. They should not sell substandard rooms at this price . It was also very noisy in the morning with building works going on

Lovely hotel and location
Room was a bit worn and carpet was tread bare near bathroom.
I requested a bottle of bubbles in the room on arrival, as it was my wife’s birthday. But unfortunately it was not there when we arrived.

We did not have breakfast; our flight was very early. The duty manger personally came to the room, and knocked on the door to ensure we were awake. The wake up call was malfunctioning. Much appreciated the attention to detail.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great location
Very very expensive for what you get with little value for money. Spent a lot of money to stay only to find out on arrival that this did not include breakfast (I didn’t feel this was made clear at the time of booking). We were really disappointed with this. We were quoted an extra charge of €35 per person for breakfast which seemed extortionate. We would have been happy to spend what we did if we felt like we got get good value for money, but we did not, so would not look to stay again.

Central location. Comfortable bed. Clean.
Too big and busy a hotel for true hospitality. Expensive for no apparent reason. Adequate but not memorable. Every staff member was very very nice but impersonal experience overall. Certain common spaces dogeared. Our expensive 2nd floor room had a gritty view of a roof with mechanicals. Room decor fine but nothing special. Whole thing felt like a casino rather than an upscale hotel.

the location couldn’t have been better- walk to everything, Rooms are well appointed, staff is terrific, restaurants- the food is outstanding. So glad we stayed at the Westbury

Loved the location! But more than that, loved the staff. We inadvertently left our passports behind and Eddie and Layla went out of their way to get them to us at the airport - they were absolute life savers. Thank you!
