The concierge parking was fab.
The rooms did not feel particularly 'King-size', more like standard double. We had flagged that it was my daughter's 21rst bday, they just added a small bun to the room with a happy birthday message. It was impossible as residents to get a table at the cocktail bar (we would have had to pre-book but that wasn't advised ahead) and at one point it wasn't clear that we could get a table for a late night drink in the lounge even as residents. We did in the end, but service was slow until I demanded attention!

- The lounge area is very comfortable and luxurious. The staff are also very attentive here. - There is a nice feel and vibe to the hotel. It does feel classy.
- Our room was about three hours late for check-in which was disappointing, especially when only staying one night. However, a complimentary upgrade was a nice touch and appreciated.
