The staff were so helpful, I was greeted warmly on arrival @9:20am. I asked to store my luggage but was kindly offered to check in to my room, this was a wonderful bonus as I could freshen up before my event. My check out was very efficient & I found the staff very polite which was lovely.
It was very noisy in the foyer of the hotel, I wasn’t expecting this & I found it too much

The breakfast was very nice and a great selection.
Hotel was close enough to the sights
We booked the hotel specifically for the spa and swimming pool. This was not advised at booking it would be closed. An email response from the hotel advised us. Whilst an alternative hotel was offered its not the same.

Great location, wonderful staff and clean, comfortable room.
We had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for our room to be ready after checking in at 4 - reception were very apologetic and updated where possible so no issue with them, just perhaps the cross-team communication. I also had chosen the hotel as they previously had made lovely gestures for my birthday a few years ago and I wanted my friend to experience the same, however the only acknowledgement was a generic card in the room. I don't usually expect a fuss by any means, I just noticed the difference between the way they celebrated these types of events a few years ago as opposed to now!
