Good facilities and location, really close to a lot of tourist attractions making it easy to get around !
The water pressure was very very weak in the showers and very small space in bathtub. Paid for king size bed and got two beds pushed together so wasn’t so comfortable or what I was expecting, food is very expensive for what it is. Swim caps should be free considering price of hotel and random mandatory rule but are made to buy if you don’t have one. Got disturbed at 7.45am to room service even with a do not disturb sign on the door as very tired and wanted a lie in. Not much space to hang clothes, very low amount of hangers.

The location was walkable from the epic museum and restaurants.
The facilities, the staff is very impersonal and service is only ok. No one cares, you stay you get in and out and that's it. Pool usage has a million rules and there are times you can use it and times you cannot with kids which is a shame as that's why we booked the place. Not worth the cost.

The bar, staff, pool, sauna & steamroom & the fact there was late room service
Room was a bit disappointing for the price of it, shower didn’t really go hot, and was a bit confusing to use. Only 2 bottles of water in the room, none in the fridge & also no other drinks in the fridge. I think for the price there should be a little bit more.

Really liked the location. It was nice and quiet away from the city center and just a short cab to all the attractions. Very well located. Food was great. Staff was wonderful. Price was excellent. We definitely highly recommend 10/10
