Very Good
The bar, staff, pool, sauna & steamroom & the fact there was late room service
Room was a bit disappointing for the price of it, shower didn’t really go hot, and was a bit confusing to use. Only 2 bottles of water in the room, none in the fridge & also no other drinks in the fridge. I think for the price there should be a little bit more.

Really liked the location. It was nice and quiet away from the city center and just a short cab to all the attractions. Very well located. Food was great. Staff was wonderful. Price was excellent. We definitely highly recommend 10/10

The staff were brilliant. Very nicely done hotel. The breakfast was yummy with so many options! The toiletries were so good! Love rituals. There was an airport bus shuttle stop right outside. Very comfortable beds
It’s slightly out of the way of the main tourist areas but the trams are easy to use and there are many good places around.

Clean and modern hotel at a nice location in the Docklands. Our stay was short but comfortable. I liked the huge king-size bed.

Pleasant
The room was nice, not too small
Close to a tram stop and bus stops
Decent bar good options for drinks
The robes for the spa are old and falling apart, the duvet cover had rips in them, we booked a balcony room with the assumption we'd actually have a view not the side view into other people's apartments
The breakfast is £15pp every morning and it isn't worth it.

Very good size room, shame we never had loungers or easy chairs on the balcony we had a table & 2 chairs which were not very comfortable We had a side view which faced another building.
Breakfast was not included we paid £700 for 2 nights with no meals, we had to wait for our room as the guest before departed later than they should have, plus it was Ireland's football final & the hotel seemed more interested in making sure their rooms were ready so they could get to the match.

The property location was Perfect for our visit to Dublin! Right on the Liffey River! And we had a nice view from the 4th floor! Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and we loved that a big breakfast buffet was available for a low price every day! We will never forget our visit to Dublin and The Spencer was a big part of that!
The only thing we didn’t love about the property was the fact that the swimming pool was rather restrictive for families. They cut the hours short by 2 hours in the evenings to provide adult swim without interruptions from children. I kinda understand that because they also share this pool with a fitness club and some kids can be troublesome. Our kids are great swimmers and very well behaved and it was disappointing that they only had a little time in the pool. Still, as long as you know the hours and plan ahead, it’s not that bad. This was our only complaint and, when we shared this with the staff, they really showed us they cared! We appreciated that. Thank you! :)

Location was good being a 10 min walk from the main city areas. The Bar area was pleasant and classy.
Shower drain was blocked (which maintenance did resolve promptly once informed) but found reception staff although pleasant on arrival, slightly unhelpful with requests, and speaking whilst sucking on sweets isn’t a great impression.

The location, the pool, the health club.
Car parking was complicated. After I parked I couldn’t get out onto the street, the door wouldn’t open and I had to wait until someone came in from outside.
