Great location close to Connoll Station and a short walk to the parks, station, shops and sight seeing. Lovely breakfast, swimming pool and friendly staff.
The bathroom was a little tired.

The bed was super comfy , great location for gigs and shows in the Three Arena , Luas Stop just behind the hotel.
Pool was nice and not too busy on the morning i was there
They have some very secure underground car park spaces , 37 i think , which cannot be reserved , and are quite small. Anything bigger than a midsize SUV will struggle to park in there.
Its 25 Euro for an overnight parking , which is much cheaper than any of the local car parks

Only thing we liked was the food.
The fact that the staff wasnt helpful and so rude fact they couldn't explain where the car park was or how to even get back out no communication at all. Also paying £25 euros for a carpark! The pool was so deep and cold was no baby pool for kids.. I also requested a cot for my baby and use emailed saying it couldn't be promised fact id to bring my own next to me! I was also ripped off with charge as I didnt get my full refund back for ni damage as it says online I WONT BE BACK!!

Room was lovely and the hotel itself was fabulous
€50 charger per person per night is a bit extreme to pay! Glad there was two of us because it would have completely ruined our weekend if we had to pay anymore! We would have have no spending money! Staff were okay, some were exceptional but others were not great for the price we were playing

The hotel is very well located within easy walking distance of the centre. It is incredibly quiet. We weren't disturbed by any noise from either inside or outside the hotel.
The room was a good size ,had plenty of storage space, power points and best of all an empty fridge. There's a good little supermarket around the corner.
The airport express bus service stops virtually outside the hotel.
Above all , the staff are very welcoming, engaging and friendly.
Despite the few negatives I would definitely stay here again.
The shower over the bath was poor. The water power was really weak.
The centralised A/C in the room was quite ineffective despite being on full for 4 days nonstop. The weather in Dublin was exceptionally hot during our stay so we really needed the A/C.
The mattress was clearly old and needed to be replaced. You could feel the springs making it quite uncomfortable.
