Staff were helpful trying to fix the problem
We checked out as the room air conditioner was broken and pushed hot air - 31 degrees - into the room. The hotel was fully booked so there was only one other room available which had the same problem.

Loved the location. Quiet location away from all the craziness downtown. TFI station is right across the street. East Restaurant was amazing. The front staff were so nice and friendly. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also in walking distance (we used Dart to go to all the smaller towns around Dublin). I highly recommend getting a leap card (3 or 7 day pass). We probably used it atleast 15xs a day. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the balcony was a nice touch overlooking the river.

Large room and large balcony and view. Good coffee in room and good coffee maker. maid service was excellent
One elevator was out of service and the working one was slow. Breakfast was bad one day but very good the next (eggs, sausage). no idea.

Great location for us as we were in Dublin for a gig at the Three Arena which was only a short walk away. Reception staff were very friendly. Good cocktails and friendly bar staff. Lovely stay overall. Disappointed we didn't have time to use the pool and spa. Next time!

Great hotel and accommodation, nearby to 3Arena for a concert or central Dublin. Had a room overlooking the river with great views of the City. Lobby bar is a nice place to relax in comfortable surroundings with a good choice of food and drinks. Staff were attentive and welcoming!
We were down about an hour before breakfast service finished. Staff seemed run off their feet with the number of diners. We requested butter and ended up lifting a half used portion of a vacant table cluttered with used dishes that was beside us as none was provided until we had almost finished. Breakfast had a great choice of options however and was tasty.

Car was parked in the allocated space which i further paid €25 to park there. I was clamped in this car park and was left waiting over 2 hours to be released wasting a Sunday sitting in a car park at there mistake
