Very very noisy. I could hear conversations out on the street from my room with all windows shut. Not sound proof in the slightest. Road works and traffic crossing pips went continuous all night

Room size and facilities were excellent. The location was walking distance from city centre. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The food in the restaurant was not to our taste. However, we weren’t there for the dining experience…. it was a reunion of old friends. Service and staff were very attentive and friendly.

A perfect location for the Convention centre or 3Arena. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool area was good.
The toilet wouldn't flush properly and we couldn't regulate the shower to get cold water and neither could the house-keeping lady.

We had stayed the previous week and loved it - the room was amazing and we were well catered for.
As I said we were there the week before but this time our room was not as well stocked or presented - it was also too close to the music from the bar

Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent even though it was a buffet.
Only one lift working. It was a bit noisy in the corridors. The decor was a bit bland.

We had breakfast buffet at the Pantry, dinner twice at East, room service and drinks. Our room had a nice view, was clean and comfortable. We were close enough to walk and taxi around Dublin yet be a bit away from the late night action.
