We had breakfast buffet at the Pantry, dinner twice at East, room service and drinks. Our room had a nice view, was clean and comfortable. We were close enough to walk and taxi around Dublin yet be a bit away from the late night action.

Food and room service is fast, efficient and yummy!
We needed a late check out as my husband had an event and wanted to get back to shower before we headed home. A little disappointing that we were charged 20 euro for the extra hour especially as it was a Monday so hotel was no way full and we were returning guests :-(

The rooms and the pool and sauna was great the rooms also had robes which was great for going down to the pool
When we wore coming in to the hotel after been out getting food at around 12am in the night. The security man made us wait outside for at least 2 minutes before he opened the door and then asked us for our room number saying “ we wore the room that was making loads of noise” me and my boyfriend both 18 years of age felt very intimidated because we’d both came to the hotel for a nice relaxing break just to use the pool and sauna and then go and get dinner. I’m a smoker so id left the hotel a few times for a smoke ( without my boyfriend) and the security man once again was giving me intimidating looks and smirking at me. This is absulutely disgusting behaviour from your staff and I will not be staying at this hotel again. Also had to pay €100 deposit at the door which was Absulutely insane!

Excellent location The breakfast was excellent and the bar is very nice
One lift was broken and there was a queue so we usually walked the three storeys. The room was a bit dusty and bland.
