Location
The room was very dark. The window if I could have opened the blinds was directly opposite an office block with an open view for office workers looking in. Not good one bit. No natural light for the office block obscuring the sky and complete lack of privacy.

Location for 3Arena concert Beds v comfortable Front desk staff
The staff in restaurant and bar were not friendly or helpful. we asked a waitress to take a group photo and she told us she had other 2 tables to look after and made us feel we were putting her out. She did take the photo only after basically saying she was too busy to take 10 seconds to take the photo! Again barman seemed unhappy to make our 4 cocktails. The food in the restaurant at dinner was poor.

Great location for going to a concert in the 3arena. Good size room with suitable amenities. Lovely shower.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. Good quality bedding. Nice cocktails. Great selection of food for breakfast and staff were excellent in this area.
Many of the staff not very pleasant, particularly in the bar and the bar food was not of great quality. Also the holding deposit of 100e was very unexpected and quiet shocking.
