Whilst the food was superb,the service in the restaurant was not.Also poor wine list.

Good location for theatre
Good choice for buffet breakfast, but fried lrish breakfast wasn't eatable, sorry, but was nice to get poached eggs and waffles on order, thanks. Black coffee wasn't strong enough.
At evening in bar can get good pint of Guinness, but cocktails wasn't great.

It was beautiful and the staff were so friendly, amazing rooms and parking was really handy. We will definitely stay again.
One of the lifts were down so bit of a hassle but that is just me being picky.

Rooms were as advertised. Location was good for our needs, right on the river and easy walking distance to both O’Connell’s and Grafton street.
Service could have been a little smoother. Only had one lift in service and with all the bus loads of people made for a long wait to use the lift.
