Nothing.
It did not feel like a 5 star hotel. There was construction and dark hallways and dirty towels. Stained tub. Had to use a back elevator because of construction

Food very nice we ate in restaurant. Breakfast v nice too. Very friendly & helpful staff. Grest location.
We think the room needs upgrading a bit. Seemed musty especially the chairs & curtains discoloured kind of shabby. Definitely not worth what we paid. Also the toilet was dripping all night & the toilet door handle broke off! Which we reported. We were not asked how our stay was when checking out. We had an incident at dinner whereby both myself & my sister received burns on our hands when handling a spoon in the mashed potato pot. We were given ice which helped. We were offered free drinks & dessert which was good. The staff handled very professionally to be fair.

The air con wasn't working properly in our room. Room and hotel felt quite chilly.
