Room was lovely. Food was tasty and good value. Reception guy was so helpful. And Colin in the restaurant made our stay. Such a lovely funny man. Came to say goodbye as we left. What a gent

The room was pretty hot and there was no a/c to help with this.

The bed was comfortable and spacious and there was underground parking.
As a hotel guest I didn't expect to pay £30 for two nights parking.
There was no breakfast included in the rate which was not cheap. Overpriced for a slightly rundown area.

Hotel was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay with good coffee. Our room was spacious and clean with a fantastic shower.
Our room was next to the lift and very noisy with groups of girls chatting and shrieking whilst awaiting for the lift to arrive. We were woken in the early hours again with people outside our room. The floors are tiled and if you have someone like we did running up and don't their room above us it does make a lot of noise. The rooms have no air conditioning and would be stifling in hot weather as the outer window only opens a small way (I presume for safety)

Great location for both the Bord Gais hotel & city center. Car park is good too
