We had a quiet room despite the somewhat busy street, walking distance to Trinity, the emigration museum and other attractions. Not quite Michelin level food but very friendly staff.

Waiter in the bar/restaurant was good.
The room was old, dingy, small and very outdated. The bathroom was remodeled, but was extremely dangerous. Water from shower was all over bathroom floor. Shower was very slippery, even though we put the towel on shower floor as recommended.

Only negative i would say is after paying nearly €600 for two nights to have to pay for the parking aswel in there car park i think is a bit cheeky and should be free for guests

Staff were lovely! Room was clean bar the shower.
I paid for a birthday package and when we all went into the room it was 3 balloons with one saying happy birthday on it and the one banner that was up was after falling down. Cake left was dry, but the staff were very good at being discrete when I secretly tried to ask was the room set up. The beds were hard pillows weren’t great. Shower had a weird stain around the drain.

The sink in the bathroom was cracked.
My plan was changed and I tried to get one day extra before checking in , texted in support and sent email but nobody answered, when I came on reception for checking in no room for extra day. I had to find another hotel and move there.

Lovely friendly staff in the reception and bar areas, helpful and pleasant.
Our room faced a brick wall. Carpark had a very low roof and was hard to manover bigger vehicles.

Great staff, location was quiet but very accessible to transit and main attractions, breakfast also good (and loved the gluten free nook). Accommodated a very early check in due to an early flight arrival.
Value for money felt very steep. Not a lot of luxury for a what felt like higher price.

Staff lovely, especially Pedro on front desk and Head Chef Johnny. Nice quiet hotel, good location
Only 1 lift working and unbearably slow. Difficult to find carpark and when youi do,, the gates aren't open.
