The staff was very nice and approachable, we required to use parking facilities which was great and easy to find , we loved the room , room deco it's up to date and everything was provided, the only disappointment was for me as I went to use bathroom i noticed on the floor and at the sink in the corner it was still left dark short hair , im guessing it wasnt from head , I guess being a nurse my obsessiveness over cleanliness kicked in , but since I had antibacterial wipes that was easily sorted , and also a tip for the future perhaps to ensure that beds are not moving so easily as everytime i was turning in bed or my girls the bed moved along , so it was a bit disturbing, but overall the stay went lovely and we are definitely coming back to have a second go !

Tryed to give me a room without windows!
Very poor management
Reported that the toilets flush in the new room did not work and told they could not get anyone at the weekend to repair. Needless to say, flush never did get repaired.
Reviews saying that is close to city center must be written using AI!
Distance is actually a good 25-minute walk.
Trying to sit in bed is not a good idea as the bed starts moving away from the headboard.

Arrived early, got checked in even though we were hour's early, much appreciated and reception was very friendly.
Kevin was fantastic at lunch and breakfast, he's a credit to the hotel.
No atmosphere in the bar. Our room was small, we had to open the windows as it was so hot, no air-conditioning, smell of cooking all the time in our room.

I generally never say anything negative in a review unless it's necessary but your Check in / receptionist staff looked so unhapped to be there and bearly spoke, no "welcome to hotel" or "enjoy your stay"
