Was in a good location to the 3 arena where we were watching a concert. Was also only 15 mins walk to city centre. Ideal central location.
The room was on a ground floor. The only window was a small one that was covered with a net and a curtain that didn’t close fully allowing no privacy. To be fair as we were only there one night we decided it wasn’t so much of an issue but if we were there any longer it would have been something we would have complained about, especially at over 200 euros per night. The bed was also really hard which some people might like, but not for me.

The staff was super stingy about towels. The room was provided with 2 towels, but we had 3 people staying in the room. When we asked the front desk for 1 more towel, so we could have 1 towel per person, we were met with a "we usually charge for extras." As if we hadn't just paid $1800.00 for a room but were really asking for their firstborn.

This property is all about location. It is the residential wing of the Bord Gais Energy theatre. So it doesn't have to do anything special to sell rooms. We stayed here solely because of it's location

Good location, clean, quiet.
My room was on the groundfloor and had no windows except a small one looking into a courtyard, so it was dark and felt like a cave. I also felt the price was too high for an average hotel with nothing special. For this price I expected more, like bathroom amenities. Breakfast was good but also not special.
