Check in easy and quick, friendly staff, room I was given was HUGE with everything I needed and clean, bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. The bar had no problem giving me a glass of ice for my drink and looked lovely although I didn't drink there. Quiet and street noise was minimal in my room for a Saturday night. Would stay again.
The shower was nice and big but the bathroom felt a little bit clinical rather than a typical hotel bathroom, the room was very warm at times , I was looking for something in the morning and looked under the bed and there was a pair of shoes that weren't mine under there, 11 AM checkout is a bit early for a weekend and for the money 12 would definitely be better but this seems to be a problem with a lot of hotels lately.

We engaged with 4 different staff on reception and all were rude, it was like we were an inconvenience to them (we only checked in/ out, left luggage and had to get our rooms keys reactivated)
Two reception staff were also arguing when we checked in, one of which was the Duty Manager
