Very Good
The hotel was very convenient to the city!
Very loud in the corridors- understand this isn’t the fault of the hotel but just children messing about.

Very Good
Very comfortable and highly functional hotel located on Pearse Street. It will work well for your needs. Staff were exceptionally friendly; I had the impression that the organisation is well-run and well-structured.
At times the staff seemed a bit too casual; especially in the hospitality area. Although this is not a harsh criticism, often it's nicer to have staff a little more down-to-earth and "human" - it felt like a three star experience and that's exactly what it is, so all is in alignment.

Property was in a great location. A convenience store next door. Chip shop across the road, fast food places and Transport links 5 min walk away. Tesco further down the strip, bakery (Bread 41)
15 min walk into the main city (Temple Bar etc)
Staff welcoming.
No air conditioning in rooms but no complaints

Poor
Good location, decent sized room
The noise was terrible, we would have been better in a hostel, we got 2/3 hours sleep both nights despite repeated attempts to contact reception! I’m not likely to stay there again

Disappointing
Great location - 20 minute walk to the city centre. Rooms were spacious and so was the bathroom.
Walls were super thin - hard to sleep as it was loud in the corridors and other rooms. Windows also let in sound from outside. The room door had a big gap at the bottom so the light flooded into the room which wasn't ideal when sleeping. The beds were super wheelie so when you sat against the headboard, they moved around. Staff barely said a word to us and didn't smile. We'd pass them in the corridors and they wouldn't even say hello.

Location
The noise around the hotel at night was ridiculous - on both nights and nobody came to tell them time quiet. I have never stayed in a hotel where that level of noise happened for such a long time and nothing was done about it

Very Good
The staff was really helpful and the hotel has a room where you can leave your luggage, which is very handy.
The bedroom was very quiet despite being on a busy road.
The location is slightly out of the city centre, but it is still manageable.

Easy to get there. Easy to pre check in and check out. Cleanliness is excellent and super comfortable!
Nothing really, tho the breakfast is a bit pricey.
