Upgraded to club room which was large ans spacious but right next door the railway line. Room actually vibrated when trains went passed and obviously noisy as well.

They are charging 50€ extra for the spa, which is barely labeled on booking. Really annoying as this was the sole reason why we chose this place. Also doesn’t justify the price.

The Ac in the room didnt work , slept in hot& humid room at night , electrician came in morning but wasnt able to fix ..
toiletries were messed up .. soap was in lotion bottle

Lovely comfy bed, decent stash of teas/coffees in the room, nice toiletries provided, nice big room, all staff were polite friendly & helpful. Handy for the train & tram stops, and useful to have a Spar shop on the corner too. Easy enough to walk into town but transport easily available on rainy days or when we had luggage.
Minor things but toilet paper was cheap thin rubbish, and bathroom could have been a little cleaner (grout looked dirty/stained and there were dribble marks down the front of the counter). Bathroom fan was quite dirty.

The location and lobby
The room was small, stuffy and incredibly hot. The thermostat wasn’t working so we couldn’t sleep it was so warm. We brought the issue to management and they offered us a croissant.

Loved the hotel, location was great, staff very friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillows extremely comfy. Room and bathroom were clean and airy. The whole building had a fabulous smell from the entrance through to the lifts.
The lighting in the room was quite dark, no good lighting for makeup. No plug by the bed and the one above the dressing table was too close to the table top the plug wouldn’t fit with the lead beneath. Bath was slow to drain when taking a shower so the bath was filling up.
