The hotel was beautiful, very clean, the staff were very helpful and the food was lovely. Will definitely be staying again.
The spa was a lovely touch, but there was too much chlorine in the water, so we didn't stay in the water too long as it stung our eyes. But this did not spoil our stay.

We had a lovely room with a great view. Staff were friendly.
We were in room 631, which was a lovely trim but from the minute we stepped into the rolm there was a terrible smell of weed. We turned on the aircon and it went for a while. I stepped into the bathroom and it was horrific. We left the room for dinner and came back later and it wasn’t too bad. We woke this morning and it was absolutely terrible again, we couldn’t get over it! Also our blue card didn’t work in the lift which was very frustrating too.

Very nice location easily accessible from the train station by tram.
Staff very friendly, polite and helpful.
Nice restaurant where you can dine in a very calm environment.
The fact that it is that big and depending where you are you can wait quite long for the lift to be available.

Location is convenient for the Luas , bus and rail services. Food was good. Room was nice and staff were generally good.
Airconditioning was not working on the whole section of our floor but it took until the third day of our four day stay to work this out. The staff got us an evaporative cooler but no other solution was offered.

nice clean modern rooms, nice staff, good location
I don’t think you should charge 25 euro pp for the spa facilities - it’s a 4 star hotel and we’re paying for that amenity already. Many other places of similar caliber have these types of amenities included
