Very Good
The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was very spacious and the overall hotel is gorgeous
The tv doesn’t work which is quite annoying as there’s YouTube, Netflix, etc advertised yet says internet / hdmi is needed. I also think the spa should be included in price for residents of the hotel and not an additional charge. But beats me I would most definitely stay here again !

Comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was great.
Wasn’t entirely clean, had to move rooms due to the cigarette ash in the first room however the staff were so lovely about it and the new room was fab. There was a silver fish on the curtain though.. there also wasn’t any shop or place buy soft drinks.

The breakfast was nice.
The room was not clean at arrival. The Air-conditioning could not be adjusted. Noisy are, so windows could not be opened. Either too hot or very cold.

The hotel is right next to connolly station and only a 10 minute walk from O'Connell Street. The room was amazing and a great size. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The staff were incredible. The spa and sauna were great and well priced. The food was good but a little overpriced. The laundry service is great a fairly priced.
Our only issue was the air conditioning didn't work properly and even though the front desk were super helpful the first two maintenance guys that came had no idea how to fix it, but eventually it was sorted. There was also a lack of channels on the tv but that is just minor.

Exceptional
Great location, excellent service and very friendly staff. We are going back in a few days after a tour of Ireland. The hotel happily stored half our luggage for us for a week. Also, great breakfast and a well priced restaurant with a good spread of dining options and reasonably priced drinks. We liked the so much we are now staying in The Address Cork, and it is also excellent.
To nit pick, lighting throughout is a bit dim. Not so good for old folks!!!

beautiful entrance
if Ryanair did hotels this would be the perfect hotel, nothing but additional extras to the place. €40 check in extra before 3pm , €25 euro to. use a sauna , €20 for late check out. the staff in the bar/restaurant not only couldn't speak clear and understanding English but very rude to add to their inexperience.

Disappointing
Charlotte on the front desk was lovely and very helpful
we had 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms we had to be moved twice and the 3 room had to be moved once, the air con was shocking, it either didnt work or was so loud you couldnt sleep then 2 of the rooms flooded from the air con all over the floor and into the wardrobe soaking our clothes, The rooms were totally sub standard, and when we rang reception we were told we had to wait over an hour for someone to get back to us, this happened for 1 room 2 nights in a row of our 3 night stay then for room 2 on the 1st and 3rd night and the 3rd room on the 1st night where they werent even moved just given a mobile unit with ice!
