Wonderful
The hotel was fab! Staff were so lovely and helpful and the hotel was so clean.
There should be parking validation, we paid €33 for parking alone. Also the air conditioning wasn’t extremely good although it was a heatwave and assuming most rooms had it on I was assuming it was under a bit of pressure.

Poor
Aircon in room wasent working. We left hotel to get food and reception told us they would look after it we arrived back 2 hours later to the same problem which we had to go to reception and again took away from the experience of the hotel and my wife got a really bad migrane from the heat in the room.

Good
Very unique property. Lots of safety and security. Very friendly staff
One of our rooms had an air con issue. It took several complaints before they finally replaced the filter and had it working. Sadly that was one night of only a two night stay.

Good
The bedroom was lovely - really comfortable bed and pillows and a good modern refurb. Liked being able to use the club room on the top floor so we could sit outside
The location - right next to railway. People were literally looking into our room from the train. We complained but they said they couldn’t move us. We complained again the next day having put up with the noise overnight and they then agreed to move us. The hotel should warn people of this and give a cheaper rate for these noisy rooms

Disappointing
The location - it is very convenient to both rail and bus stations.
The style of the hotel and the atmosphere.
It was the hottest day of the year, the AC in the room did not work. The temperature in the room showed 32 degrees.
The night porter did his best, getting a fan and suggested opening the window, which we did, it made for a very noisy and uncomfortable night with little sleep. Upon check out I mentioned this and was greeted with ok.

Very Good
We were in a Club room so we had access to the Club lounge. This was a nice bonus to be able to access the roof terrace. However, as our room was beside the main locked door to the terrace everyone going in had to pass our room. The bangs of the door and the noise of people was totally ridiculous. On the first night the door opened constantly during the night and we could not sleep.
The property is in a good location to the Connolly train station and the 3Arena.
The staff were all very nice. The food in the North restaurant was nice.
The noise!!!! It is also possible to hear the train although they didn’t annoy me as much as the door that kept opening and banging every time someone went to the club lounge!

The location is great for getting about with great views from our room.
Our air con even on full didnt seem to make any impact to the room and was very hot and hard to sleep. Maybe it needs to be more powerfull for size of room - the room was fantastic however!
It would be amazing to have a room guide - WIFI. Number for reception etc... as there is nothing and wasnt informed how to get our room WIFI when checking-in
They gym is brilliant but had no air - con and was a little sticky!!

Very Poor
It was central to transport and Dublin very busy shopping and bar district
They totally overcharged me and it wasn’t worth it to whatsoever , none of the staff care it’s just a tourist trap to see how much money they can con out of you
