We had an excellent stay, when we checked in, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Suite, staff is very friendly, the place is spotless, gorgeous breakfast, and a great location. Highly recommend.

Trains a bit noisy in the morning. Bit confusing finding room - check in could have given directions to correct lift.

Breakfast was good, restaurant was very slow, no staff walking around / waited 10 mins on new cutlery after starters, 10-15 mins on the bill. This has happened before so very disappointing
Bug on our bed, double bed was actually just 2 single beds put together, lots of dust in the room and on surfaces etc. room was extremely warm at night and the AC didn’t work properly/was very loud
