Convenient for main railway station and ferry bus service - good location for our stopover.
The room 'boasted' some high-tech 'features' that were over-complicated, inconvenient and fiddly. It seemed to be impossible to have the curtains part-closed, there was a floor level light that had a mind of its own, accessing the secure wi-fi was not intuitive, the control of the security-minded elevator took some getting used to ...

Beautiful hotel with excellent service.
Lovely rooms with comfortable beds
The surrounding area. Witnessed 2 fights over a 1 night stay. We were advised not to walk around this area at night.

Stayed in an Address Club room and the room had everything you needed plus the bonus of access to an area providing a light breakfast, snacks and hot drinks - excellent for our 3 night stay. Bed comfy and room a good size. Adjacent to train station and close to the Main Street. Walking distance to river and Temple Bar.
The surrounding area didn’t really give a welcoming vibe.

Our room was brilliant. The brekkie was fantastic - we love a good breakfast. We were close to everything.
What is not to like about the hotel? Will definitely be back again. We sat in the Rooftop bar/coffee area. Wonderful views over Dublin - that alone is worth a fortune!

The receptionist & team were very warm & welcoming, even allowing me & my da to drop off our cases early.
As it was only one night, I never really got to see the spa & catering area.
On a whole, I will definitely be returning to this hotel & my da when he travels over.

Lady that checked us in was exceptional, we had very warm welcome and it set the tone for tbe rest of the stay,
Great hotel but room was very warm and air conditioning wasn't working but overall that was a very minor detail and wouldn't impact me booking again

Friendly staff, lovely front of house setting at reception. Extremely convenient location. Good cocktails in the bar.
Rooms are comfortable but would benefit from a refresh. Vegetarian menu could be improved.
