Very nice staff who was super helpful and good breakfast :)
Room felt a bit small
The air is very moist and varm at the hotel ,but in the lounge it was so cold that it could not be used .
In the room Aircondition could only be on at full blast and extremely noisy. We had to ask for a portable airconditioning unit to be able to both have fresh air and be in the room simultaneously..

The location was fantastic close to train and bus station 'we where going to bord gais theatre. It's 20 minutes walk. The staff where fantastic. The rooms where gorgeous. Coffee machine in the room added bonus.
The spa was lovely but very small 'there was only 2 relaxing chairs and if there's few people in the spa together it can get very over crowded

Parking not close to building. When asking the staff where to park, the gentleman kept saying “across the street”. It was not as easy as that

Private lounge was fantastic, very handy.
Lovely clean rooms, very comfortable.
Air-conditioning was fantasic as we stayed in the hot weather.
Very handy for the 3 arena.
Luas, trains and buses all close which is great.

Everything from check in to check out. Breakfast was great with a very good choice. Room was lovely and as for the bed and pillows... fabulous. Location was great for us as we where going to the E3 arena, transport was just across the road from hotel. All staff members we dealt with were very pleasant

The bathroom wasn’t very clean with hair on the floor behind the toilet and on the side of the bath. The shower knob was incomplete with the front plate missing; the leather chair was damaged and there was a dent in the wall of the bedroom. I would have expected better of a hotel of this standard
The room should be in pristine condition and the bathroom should at least be clean after precious guests
