Absolutely stunning and access to lounge in floor 7 with pastries (u have get early cos once gone they are gone) tea coffee yogurts ect. Service is amazing and room was stunning. Defo be back
At check in we were told we had complimentary breakfast. In the morning it turns out the staff ment what is available in the lounge upstairs. Fine for some people but defo not for me! Also if the food is taken there it isn’t replaced :( other than that great and the hotel breakfast we paid for ourselves was amazing

we loved the pool area, was very relaxing. rooms were very spacious and clean, beds were also very comfortable. good location about 15 mins from center walking
the hotel key cards didn’t always work, had to fiddle with them for the lifts and room.

Very friendly staff. Location was very good , just across the road from Connolly station and when we arrived we got a complementary upgrade to the Club rooms , very nice. Will for sure stay again.

The pool needs to be highlighted that it is not a rooftop pool as imagined this is deceiving and will upset a lot of people people
Fortunately I received complimentary passes for my birthday to access otherwise i wouldn’t 25 euros each

Great location! It's across the river from the Temple Bar area, and it's just a two-minute walk from many shops and restaurants. Also very easy to get to/from the airport via the Dublin Express which stops a mere 5/10-minute walk away.
The staff were very friendly and there was free coffee in the Club Lounge (which we had booked unknowingly).
No major complaints! The AC was dripping the first night, but it got fixed without us saying anything.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Dublin city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions on foot. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

Wonderful, comfy king sized bed. Lovely plush towels.
Quite dark. Window faced a very narrow space between buildings.

Very clean and spacious room. Very clean and comfortable bedding, the towels supplied were great, fluffy, clean and a really decent size. The use of a mini fridge, coffee machine and safe in the room were appreciated. Air con in the room worked well and liked the balcony. The restaurant staff and the food were both great. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others and would pick to stay here again.
The lift was very temperamental, we weren't the only guests having difficulty with it.
