Staff very friendly and helpful.. The food and cocktails were so good and good value...the area maybe a little rough looking but we had no problems.. .
Lovely place to sit and chill in foya and really nice bar restaurant

The hotel was really cool. It's very up to date. Staff were really helpful. Bed was one of the nicest I ever slept on. I will definitely be back. Amazing hotel.

Great location and really friendly staff. I had an issue with the AC in my room and they compensated me for 50% of the impacted night.
Like many hotels in Dublin, the price is just very high for what you get.

Comfortable beds, plenty of space, great to have an iron as most hotels I’ve been to usually don’t offer them. Staff very friendly.
Toilet seemed to be partially blocked before we even used it. Coffee machine unfortunately didn’t work either.

Ideal location for visiting the city , attending a match or concert as it adjacent to Dart and Luas trains( Connolly station is across the road) .
A kettle would have been nice in the room as I don’t drink coffee . There is an excellent coffee machine however.

No 24 hour room service as described.
Room keys not working and you need it to use elevator/lift.
Train station loud. Staff not as accommodating as I expected.
