Everything was lovely hotel staff very helpful and friendly great service
Loud noise at night understandable as the hotel is located right beside train station unable to turn fan off at night in bathroom which was also very nosey

Good location, good room & facilities. Bed was really comfortable & the breakfast was good. We had everything we could possibly need. Everyone was very helpful & the check out was later than expected.
It's next to the train station so you could hear trains until late night & then early morning. Could have done with more sound proofing. It was very busy as it was the Christmas run up so it took a while to be served at the bar.

The 7th floor had a free tea, coffee and snacks area with an outdoor seating area. That was very nice
3 access electronic keys to access different areas. The coffee machine in the room didn't work either.

Lovely 5* feel to the hotel. We didn't realise we had booked a club room, which was exceptional with a huge comfy bed. Another benefit of having a club room is that you get access to a club lounge on the 7th floor which has hot drinks, pastries, biscuits etc all free.
Spa access should've been included in Club room rate. No Smart TV in the bedroom.

The bar was a little slow paced, and the guinness was awful. By no means a deal breaker to stay here again.
