Disappointing
I’ve stayed here several times and loved it. This time was very disappointing. Check in took 20 mins and there was no one in front of me. I couldn’t get through to room service for 20 mins. I was promised someone would call me, they didn’t. My bath plug didn’t work correctly so the bath didn’t hold water. A chap repaired it after 30 mins, but the repair didn’t work. The bathroom smelt very musty asthough there had been a leak. Breakfast….. I ordered toast, They forgot, never came back and I had to leave to go to my meeting. It was a terrible stay.

Location and it was quite. Clean room, comfortable bed I slept well
The toilet seat was faulty. The sink was too high. I have to go down to bottom floor to get water. Upon arrival the front desk customer assistant was the most miserable man I have ever met. Put me right off

Very clean and spacious in a great location close to good restaurants and bars
Staff were very unprepared and overall seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. From check in to check out both situations were very prolonged and made difficult. In both instances we had to wait a long period of time to check in and check out without being given a reason for same. When checking out we asked could we have breakfast and we were told yes. While waiting at the ‘please wait to be seated’ sign two restaurant staff were looking at us from a far for around 5 minutes prior to checking in with us. When they checked in with us we were told breakfast is finished. Keep in mind that we were waiting 5 minutes and were standing at the restaurant sign at 11:55.
