Location
This is not 5star hotel for several things. The tap water in Dublin is pretty much awful - they leave 1 bottle in a room for 2 people. I have asked them at reception if it’s okay and then got a very talkative receptionist speaking with Italian accent who tried to tell me there is filling station somewhere in the hotel. Next day we returned to the room around 3pm - not cleaned. I obviously submitted a complaint - the person on the phone didn’t know the complaint procedure (Hilton !!!) and there was absolutely no follow up on that.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! The staff really make guests feel so welcome and they even delivered a special birthday treat for my 10 year old niece to the room. We are planning our next stay soon. Highly recommended.

Bit basic been staying in Morrison for many years just find gone a bit basic for price it’s charging . No coffee making facilities etc

The staff are amazing .. going above and beyond .. from checking in to having breakfast we was looked after … cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Location is amazing and the staff are very attentive
Very loud guests that weren’t proactively managed by the staff instead it was left to us to complain. Do believe an effort is made around coeliac but for the price of the stay I would have expected better offerings including cereals etc
