Amazing Location to nightlife just walk outside to Temple bar. Hotel very modern interior & comfortable.
Very noisy, windows don’t seem to muffle the sound from outside.

Great location with friendly staff
Tried booking an additional night and the hotel wanted to charge me more than double what my initial room rate was. Booked alternative accommodation elsewhere, then found availability on Booking.com at a similar price to what I initially paid…… very frustrating

Property was excellent. Well maintained and clean .
Staff was wonderful! Everyone excelled at their varied positions!
Wish breakfast was included in rate, even a continental breakfast.
Lighting in bathrooms was not make up friendly.

Coffee and tea in restaurant was awful. Lack of ordinary teabags in room and hotel not
generous with refills. Could have also supplied biscuits in the room. Room was a bit poky for the amount we paid.

The location of the Morgan is really good - right in Temple bar and easy walking distance to most sites. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed for a short visit.
The main issue with the hotel was the noise. This wasn't from the surrounding buildings or the street (we knew that being in Temple would mean some noise at night) but from the hotel itself. The hotel bar pumps bass heavy electronic music out to the street front extremely loudly. This doesn't make any sense as there is no outdoor seating on the street, so I'm not sure who it is for. Our room was on the second floor and faced that streetfront, so the music was very loud inside our room. After a long day travelling we needed a good nights sleep. The music continued long after the opening hours that the bar had listed online. I talked to staff twice about the issue and was told the a different time for when the when the noise would end. We weren't offered any solution other than earplugs. We had our own earplugs and could still hear the music through them. For the amount we were paying the attitude of staff was really disappointing. For a hotel that markets itself as luxury, this wasn't in keeping with what we expected - the hotel played louder music than the bar across the street! Wish we had read more reviews before booking as it seems it is a common issue!

Staff was wonderful and everyone was friendly. The location was amazing.
Breakfast was only ok...although a good value for the money. The cleaning products you use have a smell that is annoying. It smells like a very low end hotel.
