Disappointing
Really disappointing stay.
There was no hot water and no staff onsite to remedy it. It was loud despite the listing that the rooms were soundproof. No chocolates or refreshments left as advertised and really poor response from staff on our feedback. Would not recommend!!

The location was good and the room was nice despite not being what was expected. As long as the advertisement is very carefully read it is a lovely experience.
The advertisement was badly worded to make you think there was a king bed when there was not. The parking pass was not in the room and the staff was unhelpful in that. The skylight was difficult to sleep with and there was not curtain to block it.

Beautiful well kept and tastefully designed space
Was a bit nervous of being on 3rd/4th floor with wooden stairs in event of a fire. There were fire extinguishers in the stairwell.
No staff there.

gorgeous and comfy room in a great location.
3 flights of narrow stairs with no lift was a challenge - didn't realise this in advance. Another guest helped us get luggage down at the end of our stay. Probably best for younger guests!

Location
The shower was confusing in operate and very low water pressure Very noisy street all night and we were unlike there were some construction guys doing something on the street every day start 6am Check in is very confusing, too many doors with different codings and no phone to call for help.

The shower either scalded you or colded you. No in between. The toilet dripped constantly through the night!

Huge room right in the centre of Temple Bar. Bathroom had a heated floor.
Bed was quite hard and some surfaces hadnt been dusted. Very expensive but then all rooms in Dublin were expensive.
