Pretty mid for the price. Hotel was clean and bed was nice.
Staff was extremely mid. I stayed in a number of hotels in Ireland and this experience was my least favorite. Everywhere else people were helpful and accommodating. This place had zero character, staff was minimally helpful, definitely not friendly

Nice location, lovely staff in the bar, great cocktails
We booked a room with king-size bed and were given 2 twin beds instead. They apologized - but did not do anything to try to get us into a different room or offer compensation. Reception staff promised to get back to us the next day, which never happened.

It's an incredible luxurious hotel, perfect in every way. In the reception, in the SPA, the rooftop staff, the breakfast staff and the night portiers were all extremely kind and helpful. I love swimming and I chose this hotel ALSO for their incredible 23 mt indoor pool. Absolutely amazing. Thank you for the kindness, the chat and the tea after the swim!! The room was big and the bathroom huge. An extra star for the kindness to let us have breakfast earlier than 7 a.m. We needed to take an early bus to the airport and everybody was so kind and let us have a (delicious) breakfast before leaving. So, ok it's expensive but so, so worth it!! Thank you!

The location was good. Gym is well equipped and clean.
Food was very bad, barely edible. Service didn’t reflect the service of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast staff wasn’t organized well enough. House keeping wasn’t that great, they missed doing at least one thing each day, they would also be pushy and ask if they can clean even if the do not disturb sign was clearly on the door. Also found stains on the bed sheets. All in all very mid experience.

Beautiful hotel in Dublin. Great facilities and attentive staff - particularly loved the spa, pool and gym. Room was perfect and designed to a high standard. Close to the main tourist attractions. Car park just around the corner which was ideal. I would happily return to this hotel.
