Excellent health spa. Good breakfast and best pancakes ever.
The restaurant closed at 9.30pm, which was early (not expected of a 5* hotel), and the concierge couldn’t find another restaurant in Dublin that was open. Eventually, the restaurant was persuaded to stay open for us and 2 other families. There was limited to communal lounge / rest areas to chill.

It took 20+ minute to be sat at breakfast, standing on a long queue is not reflective of a 5* hotel. It should have been managed better. Once we had a table, the service was really good and breakfast was delicious. Also the floor to ceiling room windows were full of pigeon poos. Not great.

The room was very well laid out and very comfortable and very much to five star status. I have to say I thought that the breakfast, whereas it was good was very overpriced an €32 per person, particularly as the buffet section was missing a number of items, in particular bread. I did not frequent the bar during my stay.
I covered the cost of the breakfast in the aforementioned which was very over priced for the product delivered. I had just one un-pleasant interaction with one of the door men whom I thought was very arrogant, however the receptionist interceeded and immediately resolved my issue. I will say that overall the staff were very pleasant and efficient.
