Everything was jusr fine !
We had dinner reservation yesterday and when my husband went too check, he was told the reservation was cancelled as there was an event and nobody bothered to send an email or contact us and we had gone on a day trip to Giant causeway and were told we could have dinner at another restaurant at the facility and ended up having dinner at the roof top restaurant , where the food was ok but did not meet the expectation , I am sorry to say this but something which you need to know

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Dublin and loved this hotel location. Kevin was exceptional for providing info on attractions and best ways to get around the city. He is a gem.
Our room was an adjoining room and we could hear the people next door chatting late into the night.

Nice Spa, very good dinner at the hotel, comfortable bed, friendly housekeeping staff.
The reception staff was very unfriendly and also unprofessional. When we reported how bad the water pressure was in the room we were initially assigned, the man at the reception was annoyed and unfriendly, as if the "extra work" to look for a better room was a huge inconvenience for him. We are world travelers and know that more can be expected from a 5 star hotel. (Or any star hotel actually.) If people don't like dealing with issues that guests have, perhaps it's time for job change. A smile and understanding goes a long way.

Breakfast was outstanding! So much choice and delicious!
Spa was lovely. Staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Especially porters on arrival and departure re looking after luggage. Also our room was upgraded!
Loved the towels and shower .The bed and pillows were very comfortable . Loved the complimentary Irish shortbread and pillow chocolates and bottled water - thank you !
Our tv didn’t work at all and we reported this to reception. Someone did arrive to attempt to fix it but with no success- so had no tv for first evening. Someone came the following day and it was repaired.
We were disappointed that the bar area’s kitchen closed at 8pm on Saturday evening as we were hoping to eat there.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were very good
Communication prior to and post our visti was poor.
Our room was extremely disappointing - there wasn't another room to move too so we were stuck. The hotel did waive our parking charges and covered a meal but it I still felt that we massively overpaid given the issues.

I booked because of the parking mainly but they don't really have parking unless you want valet parking. If you don't want valet parking, you have to walk out of the building and around the corner to the parking.
