Customer service from the staff was top notch! Genuine and welcoming.
The location of the hotel was great - along River Liffey.
The room and facilities were great.
When we checked in, we had booked a "Premium Room with a view" but the room we were given had a limited view and didn't appear to be worth the extra money we paid for it compared to a Premium Room. As we booked through Booking.com, the staff were unable to change the price which we paid. However how Jordi the manager dealt with the issue was very good and we were very happy with how they approached our issue.

The Bathroom had a decent size and proper lighting , the Spa had comfy poolside beds and the breakfast was excellent!!!

Excellent property. Second time visiting and it hasn’t changed. The service is exceptional and I still maintain the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Team are friendly and professional throughout the property. We had three rooms there and all were faultless. We all had a great stay and felt thoroughly spoilt. Great location also
