Good
Staff with need to get some training on customer experience. When breakfast seating next to the cashier corner was suggested while multiple other tables were empty, and request for seating was made the response was "but this is a table for 4, not 2". When you wanted to visit the rooftop bar of the hotel as a hotel guest, you are seated at the groundfloor with the request to wait, then they call the rooftop and then after some more time passes you are "allowed" to the rooftop bar. Over there also some gaps in service performance. Reception desk was well trained.

It was luxurious and beautiful. The front desk staff was exceptional. The restaurant was also good. I lived the room and especially the bathroom. Enjoyed the spa facilities as well

We love the venue
Upon return to the room last night, the tv wasn’t working, but the staff were excellent and tried to remedy this. Unfortunately unsuccessfully.

Disappointing
The location was good. Gym is well equipped and clean.
Food was very bad, barely edible. Service didn’t reflect the service of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast staff wasn’t organized well enough. House keeping wasn’t that great, they missed doing at least one thing each day, they would also be pushy and ask if they can clean even if the do not disturb sign was clearly on the door. Also found stains on the bed sheets. All in all very mid experience.

Wonderful
The architecture of the building and the interior design was beautiful. Very comfortable and clean.
The pillows were very flimsy, needed to be more firm, very annoying. The room could do with a window you can open for ventilation. The room temperature was quite cold even with the heat all the way up.

The best service and amenities we have ever experienced. I am not one for hyperbole when it comes to travel experiences but this hotel is pretty amazing. The staff were warm and professional and treated us with great respect. The room had all the amenities and some very thoughtful welcome gifts. The service and food at the Marker Bar was great. I will definitely return for my next trip to Dublin.
A minor disappointment was the roof bar being closed but the weather was dreary so it really didn't matter.

Fair
Facilities seem to be nice. Nice amenities. Conveniently located.
The suite was in need of an update as it felt dated-dingy carpet and 80s vibe decor. Although due to building code, fire doors in the suite made it feel dungeon-like and they were very loud. I was also charged twice for the room and it was difficult to have this transaction removed as I called multiple times and was assured it would be credited to my account. I don’t think the value-cost ratio makes sense for this hotel. Expensive parking options.

Good
the room was comfortable with a nice view
Ordering a taxi with the reception, they sent us to a wrong address (almost lost my appointment) then on the checkout the taxi was there and they didn't tell us.

the room was spacious and beautifully laid out, good lighting for makeup in the bathroom, , staff very courteous, nice little gym room and pool area very nice, nice products also in the rooms and spa area
somewhat pricy for a midweek stay, but a quality product nonetheless, could also do with casual dining option later in the evening, if not wanting formal food
