The hotel was convenient and near to location we were visiting. Everything was clean, staff were polite and breakfast was good.
Our shower was stuck on hot setting and was way too hot. We reported the issue but unfortunately it wasn’t resolved.

Local, easy to get to.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Room was extremely hot. Bathtub was manky dirty so I couldn’t wash my kids.
All around the toilet was brown. Carpet wasn’t hoovered.

Location was easy to find and close to a large shopping centre for us to get dinner.
Not much to do at the hotel but we picked it for its affordability and proximity to Emerald Park as we were coming from a couple of hours away.

Location to travel into Dublin is good, there is a bus stop very close. The hotel itself is a historical building with nice decor and lots of character, offering a lovely backdrop for fancy events.
Room for 3 was manageable but on the small side. What was super tiny was the bathroom with hardly any room to move around and the toilet wedged in-between the shower and the sink. I am petite but someone taller or larger than me would have felt rather claustrophobic. Water pressure was very low, likely because we were on the top floor.

The outside and lobby were nice but the rooms did not match the elegance. Felt like I was sleeping in a dorm and don’t get me started on the bathrooms.
The rooms were very bare, generic and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were horrible.
