Fair
Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The bedding and extra quilt (kept in the closet) had noticeable stains, which was off-putting. The room itself was incredibly small for the price. Soundproofing was poor; I could hear the gentleman in the next room loudly snoring throughout the night. My room was also located right next to the main hallway door, which slammed loudly every time someone came or went, making restful sleep difficult.

Excellent location! You can walk to Dublin city centre or travel around in Dublin public buses - I highly recommend getting Dublin leap visitor card. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.
Nothing to declare, everything was good!

Disappointing
The location of the hotel is perfect and the hotel itself is very clean.
Checking in wasn’t an overly pleasant experience. When I asked the gentleman at reception if there was a lift because our room was on the top floor he was rather condescending while he stated ‘does this look like a modern building’. That was fine but unfortunately my mother who was staying was very much out of breath and needed to use an inhaler when she got to our room. I went down and asked if by any chance there was any rooms on a lower floor available and was once again met by the same man who didn’t even look at me when he responded ‘yeah if you had come earlier’. It wasn’t an overly pleasant way to start off our weekend. I wouldn’t recommend for those travelling with older relatives.

Very Good
The location is good. You can walk to central Dublin in about 15-30 minutes, depending on where you're going and the price reflects that distance. I'm a big walker so I enjoyed that. There are loads of buses, taxis and trams available as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We left our bags with them twice and they were very nice about it. The rooms are small but clean. We had 3 in a room and survived just fine! Hot water is good and plentiful. We were very satisfied.
The pub downstairs is dark, which is very typical of Dublin and not to my taste, but I don't think they can change that.
