The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. And the location was great with easy transportation outside the door and to 3 arena.
The bathroom showers could do with been updated and not looking so grubby as the walls and carpets in parts need more attention to detail

Location was perfect for 3Arena. Car Parking good and secure and handy to get to/from reception. Friendly staff, especially Gerry (?) on reception. Excellent breakfast.
En-suite bathroom floor looked like it could be doing with a steam mop. Razor left on shelf in shower from previous occupant. Nearly had my daily 10000 steps done at breakfast; plenty of staff who could at least bring tea/coffee and toast to table without taking away from other duties.

everything was perfect until the breakfast when went for milk in the breakfast bar it was out asked for it and was waiting for 5 min. went to self-service area for breakfast and was short bacon' sausages, mushrooms and it took a long time for them to come out the line was long from the waiting and every thing got cold
