The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. I also liked the extra pillows. There are many restaurant and cafe options nearby.
The ventilation system was noisy, but keeping the window open helped. The tram line that ends up conveniently right across the hotel door was not operational during our stay.

The staff were exceptional, food was great, bar area, relaxation area all great. Good access to all floors with lifts. Shower and room size were excellent Very good breakfast selection.
The furniture was chipped in places, the door cabinet for the mini fridge wouldn't close. Although the bed size was great, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the bed frame creaked everytime we moved, so made for a difficult nights sleep. Also there was an intermittent banging outside of our room, when my husband mentioned it to staff they said it was because our room was near the lift shaft.

Location was ideal for a concert at the 3arena. Slight problems checking in and our room wasn't ready. Couldn't fault the room it was perfect for what we needed it for
Checking in was a disaster was given the wrong name and hotel looks for a deposit if you want to pay in cash we weren't aware of that before hand

Impersonal. Poor service Ripped off thinking we were getting a quality hotel. The room wasn’t serviced until 5.15 It’s a modern hotel why is it so noisy. The bed was uncomfortable. We would recommend staying elsewhere when in Dublin it’s a disgrace for what we paid,
