Modern, very clean room as a great location for the ferry home.
The bed was smaller than we expected but it was comfortable.
The car parking on the hotel information states it is €25 per day. When you actually come to park and then pay it is €35 for 15 hours which was really expensive and not as quoted.

Great location, close to all amenities. Enjoyed the breakfast - good choice of items. Overall a pleasant stay, although a little pricey!!
No safe in the room for personal items. Handle was missing on one side of wardrobe door. The wall mounted shower unit did not stay up, kept slipping down and the shower head dropped - had to be hand held to use, which was disappointing.

Great location of which we have stayed many times previously.
Location, food (breakfast), cocktails and car parking all factors we like about the property.
Heating in the bedroom. Our bedroom was showing a consistent 24.9 degrees. We had a thermostat (which didn’t work) and outcome was a terrible sleep. Beyond uncomfortable which resulted in both my wife and I awaking with headaches and feeling shattered.
Staff (reception only). We tabled this upon check out, and the girl simply dismissed us. It was extremely disappointing.
Given we paid €365 for one night stay (B&B). We would have expected a little sympathy at the very least, or some sort of acknowledgment of the shortcomings of our aircon not working.

I love the fact it is so near the 3 Arena. Plus it's actually a lovely hotel.
This is not the first timeci stayed and won't be the last but the prices are a little steep.

Parking was convenient, but €25 is not great value when the basic room without breakfast was already €360 for one night.
Bar food was nice. It was quiet for a Saturday afternoon and lacked music or some background noise to create atmosphere. Waiting staff were lovely.
Pillows in the room were awful. They impacted my sleep.
