Wonderful
The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. The room was lovely and spacious with a very comfy bed and a door out to a little green space that provided lots of light and a nice view from the window/door. Thr bathroom was really nice too and the room had plenty different extra things like a hairdryer, iron, spare pillows, mini fridge, and stuff to make tea and coffee with, as well as complementary waters topped up after the room was cleaned! Breakfast was also very nice with plenty of options and the food was always being topped up which meant it was always nice and fresh. The bar area was very open and spacious with not a lot of noise which meant that it was nice and relaxing to be in.
Not that big of a problem but when our room was being cleaned the bed sheets were not changed, which wasn't a big deal as we didn't have a long stay but would have been nice. At times too there was quite a lot of noise in the hallways that was very easy to hear through the door but honestly none of these things were bad enough to cause frustration or dissatisfaction as everything else was so good!

Quiet
Cost of car parking, even with a discount this must be one of the most expensive places to park in Dublin. We will not be using this hotel again.okay

Fair
The size of the room and that it overlooked a garden
The location was supposed to be downtown, but instead we had to take a 25 minutes shuttle or walk 45 minutes to get to downtown!

Wonderful
It is not in a very city-central location, but a tram’s first stop is just in front of the hotel, which is a huge plus. If there is not a concert or conference near by, then the whole area is very quiet. Our room was very big, everything was working fine. Room service was very fast and very good quality. Staff was very helpful. You can check-in and check-out via a kiosk.
I dont have anything i disliked, but I might prefer a more central location hotel, just to be able to walk back late at night.

Good
The bed was comfortable, and the location, close to the port, was very good. Bar area was nice and relaxed. The room was spacious, and the bathroom facilities were good.
The room was quite warm and the air conditioning noise level was a little louder than we would have liked. Two separate lifts to reach the accommodation from street level was a little annoying, particularly as we had several bags. The hotel was a little more expensive that we would have liked.

The room and hotel were very clean.
It had a very formal, conference vibe. The rooms are very basic for the price I was shocked. City view was a view just facing another building. Very basic room.
