Firstly I loved the location. In walking distance of where I was going. Lovely clean comfortable spacious room. Staff at reception and in the dining area were helpful and very friendly.
My main issue and problem was the price of breakfast. For the price I paid for the room I should not have had to pay 17.50€ (if added on to my booking) or 18.50€ if not added on to my booking. I found this to be a rip off and shameful of the hotel to charge this. I’m a plain eater so tea and toast is my breakfast, 18.50 is a big NO for that. I got it for 12€ but most expensive tea and toast I ever had and the toaster didn’t cook it properly first time then burnt it on second round. Breakfast needs to be looked into.
And lastly, not the hotels fault but I asked for a taxi on departure and one could not be got. The receptionist was very helpful but she was told that they were waiting on taxis to reply. Dublin City and not a taxi could accommodate us. I ended up walking to my destination. I’m not overly familiar with Dublin but eventually got there. Very lucky it wasn’t raining. A review of your taxi service is needed

Breakfast only ok, better quality products may be better. On 2nd visit bed was a little uncomfortable.
