The decor going in was lovely and staff were very helpful
The bed creaked really loudly everytime you moved slightly which was disappointing since we paid extra for a king bed. The pillows on the bed were also flat so uncomfortable night sleep. The door to the rooms slammed shut so loudly which woke you up during the night if the person nice door was just getting in.

The breakfast was really nice, with a good amount of options. The bedroom is extremely comfortable and clean. The location was perfect as we were going to a concert at 3Arena, could even just wait for the queue to get smaller to go inside 3Arena, what was handy as it was pretty cold on the day.

Good location for the port, for a ferry trip next morning; nice evening walk along the river. Staff were very helpful and accommodating as I was quite late to come to eat.

Loved the breakfast! Very relaxing space to with a sauna and steam room. It was lovely after travelling for hours to get there.

Nice hotel and comfortable stay - food room service that I ordered was DELICIOUS, I cannot stress this enough. Also staff very friendly.
Not the nicest area apparently, also might have just been me but I couldn’t get the temperature to a happy place so was waking up constantly through the night.

No breakfast included for the price paid, we arrived at 3pm and checked out at 11am. Not good value, but is anything in Dublin/Ireland these days?

Perfect location due to Luas stop right outside. The rooms were much larger than expected for a city hotel and very clean. Bathroom and shower were especially nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Carparking in same building which made things really easy. Would really recommend The Gibson!
Limited pillows on bed and no extras provided.
