conveniently located at an AIrCoach bus stop this is a thoroughly modern state of the art hotel with exceptional staff ( Paulina you were wonderful) great rooms showers that are easy to use good on site food offerings and easy for Uber Highly recommended i used to stay at Ho;iday Inn Express on OConnell but at twice the price never again

The location was ideal for a concert that we were attending in the 3ARENA. The staff were very friendly.
I have stayed here on a few occasions in the past for convenience, but I feel it is a bit expensive.

Location for work. Comfy bed. Modern. Clean. Good facilities. Breakfast.
Inconsistent. I always stay here. No free drink voucher this time despite asking. Always had one before every stay. Usb charger sockets died during my stay. Reported. Rude manager tried to make out this was my fault for using a usb fan that pulls hardly any power. Clearly knew nothing. Tried to make it up by bringing an extension lead which would have been a trip hazard with a usb plug plugged into it. I declined and was moved to another room. He then proceeded to tell me it was hotel policy to not allow guests to use usb fans! Utter nonsense. Where is this policy published and if it even exists which I doubt it does, they don't make their guests aware of it. For the record, I used the fan all night long in the replacement room with no issue. Don't blame your guests when your electric sockets give up whilst I'm at work. How rude.

Disappointing
Great location. I liked the self-check in and out. Very handy car parking facility too. Hotel room was lovely and clean.
We were woken up at 1am by drilling going on somewhere in the building. It was very frustrating as we were up very early to catch the ferry. It seems like a bad time of the day to do work on the hotel.
