We were greeted by Feredrico on check in and check out. I have never met a more pleasant, helpful and friendly receptionist, he really was exceptional.

Loved how close it was to 3 arena
When booking into this hotel we did not expect to be refused a seat at the bar. Instead if you wanted a drink you had to purchase a main course meal which was abit irish considering we were guests at the hotel. When we did get meals my meal arrived after my husbands was finished. The breakfast also was not value for money the hot food was cold. When asked for made to order eggs they came back again with 2 orders for my husband and then told me i had to go to the self service even though they accepted the order. Again leaving us to eat separately. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel

The staff in the bar and the restaurant were very helpful. The location is great. We parked in the car park and got the lift straight up into the lobby.

A friendly welcome turned into a lovely stay. Staff were accommodating and we were able to drop off bags, which was helpful during the heatwave! The room itself was comfortable and spacious with good facilities, if a little sparsely decorated. It was the perfect location for going to a gig at the arena.

The location especially being near 3 Arena for concerts and having the Luas outside the door . I like that it has air conditioning and the beds are very comfortable.
The price - extremely expensive ! Also lacking in extra touches in the bathroom like comb , cotton buds and pads and for that price a toothbrush and toothpaste.
