I couldn’t make a cup of tea, either the kettle had a special way of getting it on or it didn’t work. I didn’t ask the staff though so they might’ve been very helpful.

Great area. Close to everything. Room very clean and spacious. Lovely views. Relaxation area was lovely. Staff very friendly.
Shower was not great, running hot and cold, lighting not great in room. Balcony areas are not very private.

The room itself was okay apart from rubbish on the balcony.
Bar service was good and nice food.
Noisy due to cranes and other outside noise.
Reception staff not great nor helpful.
They didn’t charge me properly on check in and couldn’t print a receipt.
Delayed leaving sort miss charge on room that took ages to sort and then problems with the card machine.

Good location, easy to get to from the city centre. Lots of choice for breakfast buffet
On check in and arrival to our room I noticed hairs on the bed and a bloodstain on the mattress protector. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The reception did end up moving me rooms after I stated I would not be happy with a simple bedding change, I did not trust the room had been cleaned properly. The new room was ok but did have a damp smell from the shower and the floor seemed dusty.
I have stayed in this hotel before and had no issues so I was disappointed.

Area and size of room
Rude staff, unclean kettle, bed not made, multiple complaints to reception as people were banging on our door multiple times and as two girls we were petrified. We have videos of these actions. Nobody cared or took interest in our situation when people for 10 minutes at a time were knocking at our door. Ordered room service and were told it was 30-45 minute wait. An hour and 15 later we had no food so we rang and were told the order wasn’t put through. We ordered again and the food was poor.

The staff did an excellent job- they were very responsive and courteous. The rooms are spacious, even for three people and I felt very comfortable.
There is an iron and a hairdryer in the room, as well as a safe.
There were no slippers or a robe in the room (I had to call reception and ask for them to be brought up).
Additionally, there was no single use toothpaste or cotton swabs provided. It would have been nice if all of these amenities had been available in the room from the start.
+ Another very important point: when I went up to use the sauna at 7:30 PM, I found that everything was turned off, both the hammam and the sauna were barely warm. The phone to call reception and ask what was going on wasn’t working either.
This was disappointing and strange, especially since at check-in I had been told that the spa area operates from 8 AM to 9 PM meaning I should have still had plenty of time to enjoy it.
Taking all of this into account, unfortunately, I am unsure whether I would choose to stay with you again or be able to recommend your hotel to others.
