Disappointing
Our sink had no cold water, so we had to resort to using the shower to simply wash our hands without using hot water

Good value for money
If you are sleeping at the front of the building, be prepared to be woken from the noise outside. Other than that, it's a nice spot.

The Hotel was well located. Staff helpful to call taxi and carried my bag upstairs.
Lots of stairs. There was a hot water pipe running though the room making it very hot even with the windows open. It was spring but felt like Morocco. I had to lay a dampened towel over my legs to be able to sleep.

Disappointing
It was situated in a great area easy to access everywhere for us.
The noise was horrendous. Noisy Fans etc right outside the window all times of the day and night. . Also the bed is the worst bed I have ever slept in. I've bruises on my arms from the springs I could feel them all while lying down. Cannot wait to be home and get some sleep. Barley slept at all! Would not return.

Poor
The location was good, basic facilities, nice clean and tidy hotel.
We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get any sleep, so we left the hotel feeling tired, drained and quite miserable to be honest.
The noise from the nightclub wasn’t the worst thing but the noise from the people on the street until 4am every night and then come 7am the beer kegs deliveries right outside our room, that went on for two hours, banging, shouting etc.
The rooms are SO hot we actually had to swap from our original room as we couldn’t even open a window, to another with a window that will open but due to the noise outside this meant we couldn’t sleep, loose loose.. basically. We had a fan running all night long to try and cool us WITH the window open and ear plugs in that we had to ask for at the reception. Even with all of this we STILL had no sleep. We both work full time and wanted a fun break away for a few nights but went home feeling more drained and tired than when we arrived.
Avoid avoid avoid. If you’re going to stay in Dublin don’t stay in the centre.

Very Good
The great thing about this hotel is its central location. It is easy to get to places from here. It isn’t the Ritz but the room is comfortable as is the bed. The shower is good and there is a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. There is an ironing board too and ironing board, fresh towels and shower gel.
The signal in the television wasn’t very good and it kept cutting out. There is no lift which can be problematic for those with heavy luggage or with mobility issues.
